I called SBP at almost 11'O clock to ask some querries and My call was attended quickly. I wished to talk to Mr. Mudassar, Dy Director (with whom name email was sent) and my call was handed over to him fastly. I asked a few questions and the reply was quite gentle.......
So, it is not the matter that they are not responding...
