One thing is confirmed as I used to assume, in the past: FPSC is an old institution and just consults old FPSC papers for more than 2 or 3 years and prepares a mixture of them for various new tests to be taken; this paper consists of maximum MCQs from the previous paper of Deputy Assistant Director, held in 2013.
The irony is that, even the current affairs' MCQs in that paper were not changed i.e: i) Recently which country undertook to give gas to Pak? (At that time it was Russia and now Turkmenistan) ii) Muslim country East of India having internal strife? (same; Myanmar)......
Moreover, FPSC is so short of staff that a boy, aged app. 14 to 15years, was serving as a member staff in the examination hall. Why don't they have a professor or a teacher in each centre, so that if there is a need for correction, he may, by his authority, corrects that mistake.
Serious reforms in FPSC are required immediately. After all, it's about the future of our young generation!
