Yes ,judiciary must be independent but it will not be in true perspective .

Reason is that
1) if judiciary is independent ,it can take Stay order on NRO ,Which is just for vested interests ,so how can these corrupt people can affors.
2) if judiciary is independent ,it will re open cases of disappeared people ,so how America can afford and our intelligent agencies can bear that there is some one who can challenge their authority.
3) if judiciary is independent ,it can hear case of president validity ,so how ,these people can afford to out preesident from Game because our Minister says that Musharaf is asset for Nation.
4) if judiciary is independent ,it can release Dr A.Q Khan.
5) if judiciary is independent ,these feudal lords will have check and balance so how can these illiterate people can afford.

so ,i dont expect that Mr Zardari and his party( that has most feudal lords) is sincere in these attempts .

MQM ,PML(Q) is against this.

only leading role of PML(N) ,lawyers,civil society can perform their role.

So i dont see that ,ideal situation will happen.
