check again on mobile, if your status on mobile is showing ok and show test date and time. Call navy helpline and told them your problem, they will guide you. Check again
here, may be network may koi masla ho gea ho.
Have you receive sms from navy regarding test? if your test is tomorrow go for it and told them the problem, they will allow you(note your roll number/registration number from mobile version for test).
