I have visited Islamabad medical center today and Also visited regional directorate, isb.
They require Medical Tests Including
1) Blood CP
2) Urine Examination
3) Hepatisis B
4) Hepatisis C
5) One Chest X-ray.
Then they will give the Medical Fitness Certificate.
Then Regarding Visit to Regional Directorate, They give me specimens for stamps to made, and bio data forms. Details are :
1. Bio-Data Form
2. Security Stamp paper of Rs. 100,000, any relative or friend can give his/her for 1 lac security form
3. Undertaking Stamp
4. Form of Verification to be filled by the candidate.
