Yes, you got myriad options other than the post of lecturer in Islamic Studies. You can go for a lot of posts that are advertised by both Provincial as well as Federal Public Service Commissions.
For Example you can apply for any post upto BPS-17 where eligibility to apply for the post is set at sixteen years of education. You'll come across many such jobs if you keep yourself abreast of the latest advertisements by the above mentioned Commissions. (for Federal Public Service Commission the website is fpsc.gov.pk and for Provincial Public Service Commission you may search as per your province as you haven't mentioned it)
Further, you haven't mentioned your division/grade in your MA/BA degree. Most of the jobs require a 2nd division. Also it depends on you aspirations also. It is very important what you want yourself to be doing in the future. Of course, CSS is also a great option for you.
