Dear All,

I have qualified for both posts i.e. MRP Operations Officer and Technical Officer. On the phone call from HQ Islamabad I have confirmed my preference to join for Technical Officer.

Now I have contract latter in my hand, but the pay they are offering is approx 50% of my current salary. Is it feasible to leave my current job and join the organization? What is future of the job?

I have other benefits in my current job like health insurance, medical allowance, PF, etc...
