I have cousins in MoD one is Bps 16 Insp and the other is AD, according to them that MoD jobs are just an illusion , it looks awesome from outside but when you when you get into it then you will realize that how a hell place , no respect inside the organization for civilians whether officers or lower... bcz the main hold is in the hands of Army , they lead you and force you all the time... always remember one thing that "to stay and work in an organization where army is holding, its an unbearable job " . acc to them that perks are none but humiliations are obvious, 17 post is good but still they will always be under the command of army till his retirement ....
