Buddy reread my previous quotes very carefully, what I’ve said: Quotes or sometimes interesting fact can grasp the attention of readers. For this develop a clear theme and interesting idea for your essay, and try to collect the relevant information. if you've gathered couple of quotes than put it at the appropriate places. It will give the reader the true image of your essay, and at the beginning of intro it is more than appropriate.
For your information quotes doesn't create ambiguity but it clears the black screen.
