Depend on the panel and any instructions they have. Mostly in Pakistan we feel insecure and best way to deal with it by belittling the man in front of us. But this is not always the case some panels are very professional and they will ask relevant questions which will be in accordance to your education and experience but sometimes its the other way around they are projecting their own qualification.
