Your decision is not wise as I can sense that you have applied for this year's exam and that is why you are thinking about skipping it, In the light of CSS examination rules if you will skip exam this year still your attempt will be considered / counted so there is no sense in sitting home as a spectator. why do you fear of getting fail after all you are a Doctor, just be brave and have trust / courage in yourself as I believe that you can't be seriously indulge in any matter until you fail on the way altleast once, All successful achievers failed initially.
