See, in my humble opinion, nobody can be 100 percent prepared for CSS exam. The scope of the syllabus is infinite. You have to be Wikipedia to claim that you are 100 percent prepared.
So what's the best option? Know the basics and know how to use the basics to write an impressive answer.
If your preparation is resting at a precarious 20 percent, then there is no point in taking the exam. But if it's 60+, you have hope.
