I would suggest you to go for it.

- If you skip it, you will fall back to the approval of 30-year age limit.
Let's take If it doesn't get approved, you will be surrounded by unpleasant situation of bizarre. More or less, you will be regretting that 'K yaar attempt de dena chaye thaa... Itni bi buri preparation nhi thi (given the irregular dynamics of CSS)'.

- If it gets approved, you will have to bear 1 - 2 years with uncertainty that might drag you more in the feelings of ruined.
