Like we do not study Banking in computer science but they have connected e-commerce with Islamic banking which was a tricky thing for a CS grad to deal with. As far as e-commerce is concerned then yes, it's is related to computer science but the way they connected e-commerce with banking required a research based knowledge & deep understanding of both in order to produce a good explanation. In order to pass this exam one has to have a deep knowledge of every subject one opts for, and how one subject related to another one. CSS exam seems to have been difficult from this CE-16.
