As far as English language is concerned, I personally believe that one should be able to at-least communicate his answer in an effective manner. Besides, what matters a lot is justification followed by facts as well as concrete examples devoid obsolete or repetitive points. Furthermore, mainly in competitive exams, balanced view, maturity of ideas and feasible solutions of any attempted questions would undoubtedly play key role as compare to bombastic language, because in the end of a day, it is ideas not language which decides the fate of an aspirant.
