Bear in mind 'gender equality is a myth'. Men and women are not equal at all but both have their respective rights and duties in society. If you will not give the due rights which have been defined in Islam or anywhere else depending on where you are, what is your religion or country.

Both have rights, some rights are same and equal for both, some are for men only and some are for female only.

As some body function are same, that does not make a sense of equality. Some body parts and organs are different and have different functions, so what to do in that case?

Who is entitled to maternity leaves? man or woman? Obviously woman.

Don't quote 'Islam gives equal rights'. Islam gives rights to women more, equal or less to men depending on the nature of rights.

Islam does not gives equal duties to both. It is duty of men to fulfill the financial needs of home and wife. Wife free from this duty because she is given the duty to brought kids.

You must know, even the property of father is not equally divided between brother and sister. Brother has 2/3 share and sister has 1/3 share in property of father. Where is the equality?

Whatever, you will write that must be on the basis of valid and acceptable premise.
