Interview for CCE is mix of discussion regarding various issues of sindh/pakistan and token questions. Sometimes they ask token questions from GK, Islamiat, Pak affairs, sindh and optional subjects too.

1. Yes they send the letter for written test through registered post and they update on website and call the aspirants of CCE on their given cell phones as well as the interview date approaches.
2. There may be something missing, dont worry, spsc will rectify it. Its not a big issue, they will interview all the qualifiers.

They issue call letters for the interview, which will be conducted at SPSC Head office Hyderabad and SPSC regional office Karachi. Interview is usually conducted by three membered panel of SPSC headed by chairman SPSC.
