1. It is upto the ability and capability of the aspirant as for as HOW MUCH TIME IS ENOUGH thing is concerned...one is expected to be focused and it's not time but the quality time one utilises for preparations that matters.

2. As for studying is concerned, it is never enough... But pragmatically talking, one shud study as long as it does not start causing indigestion, i.e. , one is expected to digest what one studies otherwise it is more or less wastage of resources.
