you have rightly pointed out the both groups, if the all proposed reforms are accepted or rejected, only one group will be affected nt both.

I have other views regarding of
Learning and Preparing. As I am responsible for my words , I will no shame to share that I ll prepare CSS not learn it. how can we learn optionals subjects? if I fail in my coming attempt how can these optionals help me in my future.
to some extant I'm agree with your statement because I believe that all the compulsory subjects i.e grammar, current affaires, GSA, Islamiyat etc should be known. these subjects will and do help in other exams.
now , if a 29 years old aspirant has left his job and preparing for CSS what will the reaction of his when the summary get rejection again? how can optional subjects help him in other exams?
