1:Training Period for OG-1 is 6 weeks in NIBAF Islambad.
2: As compared to SBP, SBP BSC offers a great opportunity of promotions for deserving and hard working people. As 70-80% of the senior employees will retire by 2017, therefore, the opportunity of career growth for new comers will be wide open. However, the competition would be tough. The promotion tenure depends on your performance on job and annual performance reports. It may vary case to case.
3: An organization which gives its entry level employee 49k for a permanent job and a lot of financial perks (staff loans, HBA, personal loan for short term, laptop loan, dislocation allowance) is worth it. When you join SBP BSC, you would realize that annual increments are not an issue as you will be given more then enough on annual basis. However, no pension for new comers only Gratuity scheme is available. Plus, leave encashment for upto two years of accumulated balance.
Based on the salary increase trends for the new employees of SBP BSC, you can foresee an average 8-10% (minimum) of annual increase in your salary
