It was confirmed by my source that the posts of 3x divisions will be filled in first stage MIS, Legal and HR becuase there are no cases in these departments for promotions. And he said it will mentioned in your letters to provide attested copy of HEC and respective boards on joining date. so i advised the candidates to make sure your degrees should be attested prior to RAMDAN after that it will be difficult to all of us. He futher said appoint will be made upto 15th of June and joining will be made on Ist July 2016.

in 2nd stage the reaminng appointments will be made becuse still promotion board is not scheduled. during this week a seniority list was announced for promotion of exisiting employee and ministry gave 15 days time to the employee if any one any objection on seniority list than date of promotion will be fixed after that 2nd stage appointments will be made.
