By CE-18's cut-off (31st Dec 2017) you'll be
27 years 11 months 16 days old and eligible for CE-18 and that will be your last chance without claiming age relaxation.
So you have
CE-17 and CE-18 at your disposal.

By CE-18's cut-off (31st Dec 2017) you'll be
21 years 4 months 26 days old and eligible for CE-18. It will be your
first chance at CSS.
Further, by CE-24's cut-off (31st Dec 2023) you'll be
27 years 4 months 26 days old and keeping in view current rules it will be your
last chance.
So you have
CE-18 to CE-24 at your disposal.
