Default Clarification regarding Civil Service (Appointment, Transfer Rules)
Asalam o alaikum

I'm working as Assistant BPS 14, in a federal government Ministry, Islamabad, I was appointed on contract under Prime Minister Assistance Package for deceased.

briefly, I want to inform that my Ministry, asked the Establishment division that how to regularized the Contract appointments under P.M assistance package, today Establishment division has replied that Regularization of Contract Employees who were appointed under P.M assistance package, is governed under the Civil Service ( Appointment, Transfer, Promotion) Rules of Establishment.

I want to ask that what does Civil Service EstaCode Rules say about regularization? please tell me if that the rule regarding my case? please check the link given below.
