Can anybody tell the career prospects and functions of PCS officers of Sindh? When they usually promoted to next grade after appointment?

1- DDO- Rev (BPS-17) - Its Functions and career growth.
2- Section Officer (BPS-17) - Its Functions and career growth.
3- Excise & Taxation Officer (BPS-17) - Its Functions and career growth
4- Mukhtiarkar (BPS-17) - Its Functions and career growth

What are the pinnacle of career of above mentioned posts?
