Dear obviously it looks as no rush at the experience required posts, but don't forget that working candidates will also be there as people thrive for vertical as well as horizontal mobility for better opportunities. So, leave it on ALLAH(swt), and you compete with yourself by erasing weakness areas rather than taking pressure of thousands.
Bank experience is,yes, acceptable and valid all over following your qualification.
