Sir,
After your completion you will be asked for your choices. And you can choose from any arm. After that they will allocate you where possible

As far as Interview is concerned. There were almost 4 interviews.
One in Initial
One from Dy President
One from Psychologist
And one final interview who was commadant I suppose.
Now which interview you want to know about??
