Hola, too much optimism. But, you can't feed your children with such rhetorics. There has to be some pratical means to achieve the end. At the end of the day, a bureaucrat is supposed to work under ministers, where he can't even raise his voice. Put yourself in the shoes of Asif Haider Shah, ex-Karachi commisioner who was removed by a PPP minister (I don't have to name him, every one knows). All just because of his personal enmity. How helpless he would have felt.
