Mr. Ahsan Iqbal's new video clarifies a few questions we just asked here on this thread:
1) Age limit increased for everyone across the board, irrespective of 14 or 16 years of education in totality
2) There has been no change in the number of years of education required for CSS, i.e, it is still 14 years of education
The clear words of the video do indeed seem to state that CE-2017 will have this notion in effect.
Everyone can start preparing now. Whether you are 28 or 29 years old, or whether you have 14 or 16 years of education. Everyone is included and everyone should be happy!
