Brother this is pakistan. Here even a Phd or M.Phil degree holder cannot get into an ordinary government job without Sifarish or Bribery. Tou CSS tou bohot door ki baat hai. On the other hand a matric pass person can hold the office of deputy director, director or any other Senior post on the basis of Sifarish/ bribery. You can see this with your open eyes by visiting Pakistan Steel mills, Pakistan Railways offices, and PIA offices and other government offices. Balkey kuch arsa pehle main ne aik reliable news channel per suna tha ke PIA main sifarish aur rishwat ke bal bote per Under Matric People bhi Senior Posts per kaam kar rahe hain. Bhai mere is mulk main agar aap ke pass sifarish aur bribery hai to matric pass hona hi kaafi hai. Lekin agar aap ke pass sifarish nahi hai to Phd ki degree bhi aap ko ordinary government job nahi dilwa sakti.
