They may hire in BPS-09 at this stage, but later on, you'll get salary of BPS-11 as these posts have been upgraded in all Federal Organizations by Establishment Division with effect from 1st JULY 2016 and same can be challenged if you are not given the said upgradation!
Again, I would suggest you to go for FBR instead of Bank!
