The quota will be applied in first shortlisting that is the test conducted on 4th September, then again it will be applied on the psychometric test and finally after the interviews. As you belong to Sindh R, there will be around 50 candidates will be called for psychometric so, 5% of them will be of minority quota i.e., equal to 2.5. Hopefully, this will suffice you.
