in new syllabus topics like wakf, preemption, will, death bed gifts, inheritance and gifts are not included? just marriage, divorce, khula and child custody are included apart from usul fiqh and all; so we can opt not to prepare wakf inheritance etc. or they are included in one form or other? like through muslim personal law or any other law?
