All failed candidates, I personally advise you to approach news channels and highlight this matter. If I were in your place, I'd have done all I could by now. Studying for a year and waiting another and then getting to see undeserving and orchestrated failure makes one a total psychopath and hopeless in the world. It gives such a pain that nobody can think about. FPSC took Inland Revenue Inspectors' exam about 2 years before and we are still awaiting the result hopelessly. This is the FPSC -- serving the nation "autonomously". Merit means fairness and transparency, not tactics and opaqueness. Right now I feel so relieved and saved by luck that I never appeared for CSS exam and at the same time, I feel sad for those who took this exam which has come to become wholly luck-based.
