Ahtesam is right.it can be in those essay referring to pakistan in particular.otherwise not in every essay,also not in every essay that pertains to specific institution or its initiative.for example an essay" the place of urdu in pakistan and supreme court verdict to declare it an official language".in that essay no need of referring islam.while in islamic specific essay it is okay to mention in outline.otherwise in essay like democracy, women status too islamic referrence should be qouted as an example in main body not in outline
