Competetive exam should be separate for each province.otherwise qouta system in allocation should be ended.here more talented candidates loose allocation because being from punjab becomes a curse for them.as even merit no 200 or 205 can get allocations in PAS group if from GB.while merit No 175 gets no allocation as he or she is from punjab.so it is totally nonesense in allocations.....

Either integrate population of punjab in other provinces to maintain equality so that other provinces must not cry of exploitation of resources.

Otherwise conduct separately the CSS exam in each provinces.muhammad Ali jinnah too when made pakistan then first he made structure of it in which muslims must be separated in provincial assembly and legislative assemblies where muslims will choose their people and Hindus would choose their.otherwise hindus were in majority they were grabbing every thing in all feilds from muslims


But right now no leader like jinnah is here to initiate such reforms which are direly needed.which is why sepratist movements are there
