Yes it's true......i have seen the previous years thread...and asked both a candidate who was rejected in psychological test.....and one who is serving as NAB AD now.
That 5 candidate per seat is the maximum limit. Its not a hard and fast rule. Those who clear the psychometric test are the ones that called only doesn't matter if it ends up as 2-3 candidates per seat.
NTS tends to filter out maximum candidates in this test to make the job of NAB easier in interview or maybe its a criteria given by NAB itself.

If u follow this link it is clearly written that 1542 candidates were called for psychological test but the ones that got called for interview was very less and i think they therefore decided not to write their number.
