Its not about complaining or filing writ in high court. It is about conducting exam from the candidates which is their right. If FPSC can arrange written exam for more than 10000 people all over Pak than why not KPPSC??
You mean to say that if a murderer is not arrested then everyone should do murder? It was illegal too. Rules mean that they should not be violated. If it is violated again and again then it is no rule but just a timepass. Secondly judicial officers were for judiciary i.e high court so if they dont object on incompetent candidates then why others have pain. They decided for theirselves and the policy is that those candidates who are passed on grace marks are 100% failed in the next phase. So what is the benefit of suing or making a writ petition.
