Dear users, I have two questions (Please be kind enough to answer them at the earliest ):

1)The CE-2017 application requires a photocopy of the bachelor's degree. But I graduated this year and do not have the degree as of now. I do have a provisional certificate issued by relevant authorities. It states that I have successfully completed my degree program. I want to ask that will it suffice? Or is it crucial that I get my degree?

2)I belong to AJK and I have my domicile and state subject documents with me. However, the document issued by the FPSC states that I need to attach a PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate) issued by the Kashmir Affairs Division. Would not the domicile and state subject be enough as a proof? Since I don't have the PRC and will have to get it issued.
