@Xcalibre inshaaAllah you'll get call from ISSB for PAF as well..you just need to repost that letter for NAVY ISSB back to their adress as mentioned in the letter.
I have the same case i submitted NAVY ISSB forms plus PAF ISSB forms and i got the ISSB letter of NAVY a few days back.
