If you have sent your application through TCS then you have the option to track it delivery. If it's been delivered to FPSC then you don't have to worry about anything unless there is some major mistake in your form.
Once your application has been received, you don't have to worry about it. However, if you want to get acknowledgement about your application you may call or email them with your concern and they will surely respond.

Well as i said it is my first try at applying for a Govt: job. I had to triple check every aspect of application submission procedure. In as much , i even sent my whole application form complete in every requisite well ahead in time and was given the application serial number " 1 "
, when i applied online. Now the funny thing is, a long has passed and doubts begin to arise. Doubts such as, did i attach all my documents? did i number them accordingly? etc.
