I endorse Ambber's statement that Change of test center is possible but all written correspondence should be addressed to Secretary FPSC, not the chairman. Write an Application to "SECRETARY FPSC" and state your situation and also attach a copy of PMS schedule along with the application. Post it to Secretary, FPSC
F-5/1 Aga Khan road, Islamabad. Admission Certificate with your required test center will be uploaded on FPSC's website 1 day before the test.You'll also be informed through SMS. Download it and appear in the test.
