Thank You Ahmad for dedicating your precious time. I just received Physical Fitness letter. I am comfortible with height (mine is 5 - 11") and completing mile at around 8 minutes... Only thing bothering me is my Chest, When I measure it's around 39!!! Only 10 days to go and I am in extreme tension.
Is It really important to have chest size around 33 - 34 1/2 ? Also what is method of measuring chest? Rolling tap in a complete circle on chest??
