Salary for Trainee Management/Engineer post at Pak-Arab Refinery is around Rs. 55,000 p.m. Traineeship period is usually 1 or 2 years, with a small salary increase for 2nd year.

After Traineeship, depending on performance, contract service is offered for a period of (usually) 0-5 years, renewed annually. After the contract period, again depending on performance and company requirements, permanent service may be offered.

(I'm on technical side so I don't know much regarding management trainee test, but I expect it will definitely include English and maths tests in addition to the management-related tests).
