Hello friends!

I'm suffering from Congenital Nystagmus - a condition charachterized by the involuntory movement of eyes. I have to use a magnifier for reading, have never been able to see the board in class, and (with the-trouble-is voice now) my vision cannot be corrected by glasses, contact lenses or surgeries. In sum, I'm visually impaired!

Having read the vision requirements listed above, I can very well understand that the stakes are very high for me. But.... I've read it some where that there's a 'Disability Quota'. Can I go for CSS Exam as a disabled person? And I know that through this quota, you happen to compete against groups that are least opted for. I'd love to test my wings in any case.
