Do not wonder mister, visit Isl high court and inquire about the case against recruitment process of NAB 2016 and you will get satisfactory reply. Besides, information I shared do not suggest anywhere that it has to do anything with NTS or AD vacancies have been decreased or increased.
It clearly says that "A case is "Pending" in regard with AD's".

No verdict, against or in favor of petitioners claim.
