Zedora my friend applied on the basis of HR for Karachi region and they showed reluctance in hiring an HR majors in activities related to Finance so he realized it on the interview day that he was not selctd, and which was proved that he did not recceived any call uptill yet

I still wish u all the best if ur region is sum place else than karachi

Well UBL was irrational in shortlisting candidates . mainly because of 2 reasons
1. They needed large talent pool so that they could fit people into Sales category irrespective of their majors

2. They were not considering the academic profile of the candidate before the interview , it was only in the interview when they recieved the breaking news that Ohhh ap tau HR ke hain branch bank me kese n all the stupid reactions
