MTO in BOP or ASKARI BANK?

Hey i want complete information regarding askari bank and BOP.
Bank of Punjab is a govt Bank and Askari Bank is a pvt Bank. But both have offered MTO vacancies. If one is selected in both the banks which bank he shud join.
The senior members or experienced bankers are kindly requested to throw light on both the prospects.
One may decide by their
Promotion criteria
growth opportunities
Salary
Perks and Previlidges
other facilities like car house etc
and social recognition status etc

Kindly throw light on both the MTO seats in banks catagorically supporting ur answers with instances and close figures so that one may find easier to shift ....

in my opinion askari bank is far better in terms of pay and career prospects..learning opportunities are more in askari bank..they will pay 50000 starting to MTOs and BOP will probably give around 30-37..one advantage of BOP is that u might not have to work so much..but overall askari tops BOP..

Askari Bank is a better option in terms of Salary, Career Growth Opportunities, Professionalism. on the Other hand Mto at Punjab bank has its own benefits like, Job Security, Other facilities, Medical, Accommodations, Low Work Load, in which askari bank lacks. Askari Bank`s MTO is More professional as compare to Punjab bank. as Punjab bank just started its MTO program very first time, so there will be low learning opportunities. You have to decide on the basis of your own Preferences, Askari bank will be the better option for the one who wants a bright career and professionalism. But Askari bank only hire 40 MTOs in a year. they only select the candidates from IBA/LUMS/SZABIST/CBM. so the selection at Askari bank is very tough as compare to other bank mto program. their test for mto induction is also very tough as compare to other banks,

These are my observations, Although iam not a senior member nor a Experienced banker. one can be disagree.

Askari is better as far as charm, charisma, professionalism, challenging work and pay structure is concerned yet BOP will provide easier working environment, smooth promotions and job security which askari lacks....
Yet for a young banker seeking his career Askari can gorom him well however the issue of job insecurity will prevail.....
