Exclamation Abl vs bank al-habib

AoA

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Does anyone know that which one is best ABL or Bank Al-Habib, plz discuss all the aspects (+ve and -ve) in detail of both the organizations.

Moreover plz also tell that the OG-2 of bank al habib is equals to which designation of ABL and what is the initial salary structure there?

Does ABL and Bank Al-habib has a policy to sign a bond with them?

plz respond as soon as possible

Thanks

In Abl my brother is working and in Al habib a class fellow of mine. Both banks have bond singing policy of two years and both hhave good start pay pakage but with the passage of time ABL increases salary more than any other bank expecpt NBP and Askari bank,as you now both these banks have '' HIGH COMMANDS" over assets.
The OG2 grade of al habib is equal to OG3 of ABL or anyother bank's OG3.
i am not praising my brother's bank but i have shared what i know about these two.

Thanks Dear

Let me know that what is the salary package in both the banks at OG-2 (bank al habib) and OG-3 (Allied bank limited) designation if possible.

Regarding high command over assets i think HBL & NBP enjoying the boom level at this time.

Dear Askair Bank is going to collapse. There is only 15% rise in salaries in staff in the last three years. In the year 2011 no staff member was promoted.

According to various sources the hierarchical structure at ABL is MG rather than OG that starts from MG 12 i.e lowest grade.

Anyone can give the comparison between ABL & Bank of Punjab in monetary terms and other benefits??

Thanks

ABL's hierarchical structure is MG and this was done in 2010 and start pay of ABL is 22000 while Al habib offers 18000 as my friend joined a year ago.
ABL is far better than BOP at every aspect.

Thanks dear for the information

One of the senior officer at Bank alhabib had told me on 28 March 2012 that the initial pay of OG-2 is 15000 on regular hiring, but if one comes through MTO to OG-2 then his salary is 18000 after training of six months, additional benefits are bonuses, loan facility, medical etc on OG-2 level there.

On the other hand the senior officer at managerial level in Bop said to me that the salary structure of OG-2 in BOP is 25000 and 2 bonuses per year medical, loan facility etc

Could you plz tell that which one is most suitable for the fresh candidate? bank al habib or Bop, elaborate their strengths and weaknesses in detail if possible.
