guys interview hu gya mera aur bht alla interview hua, i will share what they asked me.

i was wearing blue jeans, pink dress shirt and pink tie and dress shoes

pannel of three all were male, no females and my interview started as follows

1. meaning of your name? i said bhallai krne wala
2. interviewer said hum ap k sath kia bhallai krein? i said jo b ap ko best lgta
3. then he said you looking good but ap ko nhn ptta kh jeans nhn pehnte?maine kaha nhn maine aj tak saray interview aisay hi diye hain.
4.uss ne pocha kahan kahan interview diye hain ap ne? maine organizations ka btaya.
5. phr he ask koi ap ka jananay wala ya relative bank ma ha? maine kaha nhn
6. phr he said ap ne jeans pehni ha agr ma ap ko iss base pr na rkhu tu? maine kaha right now am not your employee after getting hired will follows your order, thats why wearing jeans :X
7. then he said ok am not hiring you :O and i replied its your choice dont hire me :P , he said ap ja skty hain and finally i said thank you
8. phr maine kaha do i need to submit my documents? he said NO. but when i came out the guy outside the office said de kr jaoo documents

it all happened within 3,4 minutes max otherwise they were taking at least 10- 15 minutes per person

Now ap log mjhe btaoo mera interview jhakaas tha ya nhn? btw the guy who asked me to submit my documents said to the other interviewee when i was giving interview that you all are hired ( ap 5,6 jo reh gaye hu hire hu) including jeanswala larka (that was me :p) :P

today interviews were conducted for Quetta Region.
I'm very very very confident.

bro so you liked it, and indeed they were checking confidence otherwise they would not have created such an issue out of jeans and suppose if its like that atleast they will follow their pattern of questions :P

you know , my interview in khi also went about just like you.

2-3 minute max. actually i was wearing a very colorful bright half sleeves shirt with dress pants and shoes.

they said it was not formal. i said okay. well thats my style.



but still i guess the interview went good

you know mark zuckerburg (founder of facebook) gave his sales pitch to investors in his jeans and hoodie.

it was his idea that made facebook a success.

It is against norms and i do not suggest anyone to be that retro in interviews and follow the order , but some people have their instinct that they think the normal rules dont apply to them.

well hope for the best !

(i enter the room, there were three man, when i sit on chair, one goes outside the room). they ask tell about ur education, i told them I have done BS(hons) Economics now doing M.phil Economics. they said oho great whtz ur thesis topic? i told, they said u should go teaching or State Bank. i replies i don't like teaching. they asked me about my fmaily background, brothers, sisters etc. then they ask if we said work for us as researcher, i replied yes why not, then they asked tell us about ur previous reserach, i told them about my previous reserach. then the said ok.(approximatel 7-8 min)
