RBO Salary:

> For masters 22,000 (take home 20,000)
For bachelors 20,000 (take home 18,000)

> Yearly bonus, Eid bonuses, loan grants etc

> 2 year bond worth Rs. 200,000

I think instead looking over salary and perks, first focus on your own preferences and then find out career growth, (depending upon your qualification), in bank and in public organization where you currently employed.

can you tell me how much eid bonuses worth? in Punjab bank it is equal to one pay. and in ramazan it is equal to half of pay.

can anybody tell me that the bond value that is 2 lac is to be submitted in cash or we have to sign the agreement that in case of we leave the job we will pay the debt....

we have to sign the agreement not in cash payment of bond.

eid bonus is 60% of basic salary and is 7000 of 22000 told by seniors.
